• Virtual Exhibit Booth - Space in our virtual event platform (PheedLoop) to share fi les, videos, and links to your website, social media, Calendly, email, etc. This space has a dedicated chat on the side as well as featuring the profiles of your booth representatives with private text and video chat between reps and attendees. All exhibitors will be given a code that they can give to attendees as desired to allow them to enter a contest for a free ICEC registration in 2022…and exhibitors can donate prizes for the prize drawings as well! Specific times are allocated in the conference schedule for attendees to visit exhibit booths, and they will be encouraged to do so. You can also upgrade to a premium booth for an additional $200, where you can host a small-group (up to 25) video chat/showcase in your virtual space as well as getting virtual lead retrieval.
  
• Advertising Package - 1 e-blast banner and 1 sponsored announcement on the event platform
• Conference Scholarship Sponsor - Your sponsorship will provide one person with conference registration ($225 value). Recognition will also be provided in the online program.
• Video Advertising - Your choice of a 30- or 60-second ad played on loop before a conference session begins. The ICEC organizers will choose the session before which the ad is played and may append some ICEC messaging before or after the video and the video must meet all CME accreditation guidelines.

• Evening Social Sponsor - We are planning an evening of fun social activities during the conference, which may include a trivia or game option, an art or craft option, a virtual museum or cultural experience, an ICEC talent show, a general chat lounge, and more. Your name and logo can be shared everywhere during this event, and you can even facilitate one or more activities, enabling you to make direct connections with participants. This is a great way to deeply engage with attendees!
